26 years in business will teach you a few things.

Like… growth is never a straight line.
It’s more like a scribble drawn by a toddler with a crayon and a lot of confidence.

Maybe most importantly… the right people change everything.

I still remember starting with 2 of us, 3 clients, and a small 1 room office with a shared trash can.

No fancy systems.
No big strategy.
Just doing our best to serve the few people who trusted us early on.

And if I’m honest… a lot of this journey has been learning as we go, making mistakes, adjusting, and being surrounded by people who gave us more grace than we probably deserved.

Fast forward to today…

We’re serving clients across the country with a team spread over 7 states.

And I don’t say that with pride as much as I do with gratitude.

Because none of this happens without incredible clients, a committed team, and people who believed in us along the way.

What I’m most thankful for is this:
