Power of Presence

I love the flexibility and focus our virtual environment gives us — it’s one of the things that makes our team so effective.

But every time we get the chance to be in the same room, I’m reminded there’s just no substitute for it.

Last week at the Path for Growth Experience in Austin, I had the opportunity to meet some of our clients face-to-face — leaders we’ve partnered with for years but a few I had never actually shared a handshake or a table with.

It was such a treat to connect with these friends beyond the screen.

- Jared & Destiney Kuepfer from Arro Crushing (Canada)
- Rich Feller from Express Appliances (New Jersey)
- Drew Lancaster from Holly Hill (Tennessee)
- Matt Aiken from Keymaster (Tennessee)

Moments like these remind me that while our work happens virtually, our relationships are still very real.

Every time we gather — whether with clients or each other — it strengthens the trust, energy, and purpose behind what we do.

Presence amplifies impact.

Even though most of our collaboration happens online, I was reminded of the power of showing up — in person when we can, and with full presence when we can’t.

Both make a difference.
