"It’s often the mess in our story that leads to the biggest impact in our mission."

This past weekend, I had the honor of joining my friend, Solomon Dabe, founder of A Bright Future for Kids, to share about their work in Ethiopia and Kenya.

Solomon’s story begins in hardship. He vividly recalls the day his little sister passed away from malnutrition—and his own fight for survival, living on the streets of Ethiopia as a child.

But Solomon didn’t run from his past. He leveraged it.

He transformed the loss of his sister and the pain of those early years into a mission-driven organization that now impacts hundreds of children across Ethiopia and Kenya.
Now, your story might not include the streets of Ethiopia—but we’ve all walked our own road. We’ve all experienced our own messes along the way.

So what if the very thing you thought disqualified you is actually what makes you indispensable?

At Fulling Management & Accounting, Inc., we don’t want to just provide CFO and accounting services.  We want to offer applied perspective—born from experience.  Even the messy experiences.

What if you used your own messy experiences to connect more deeply, serve more meaningfully, and help other leaders thrive with clarity and purpose?
