Graduation Day, the Kenyan Way

Earlier this month, we got to celebrate Graduation Day in Kenya!

- Ten courageous women.

- Ten powerful stories of resilience.

- One incredible milestone.

These ladies—graduates of the A Bright Future for Kids program—didn’t just complete training. They rewrote their futures.

Each one has journeyed from a place of deep challenge to becoming a thriving entrepreneur. Today, they’re not only providing for themselves but investing in their children’s futures with confidence, skills, and financial wisdom in hand.

And how did they celebrate?

Not with a handshake and a diploma... but by literally sharing their graduation cake with friends and family. (Yes, I had a slice. Yes, I’m still thinking about that frosting.)

I’m inspired. I’m humbled. And I’m reminded that when women rise, families rise.

I’m so proud of these ladies, for what that have accomplished—and all that’s yet to come.
